Of course, there are more than these amazing features, but these are what make Adventure Communist stand out among all other idle clickers. So, without further ado, let’s get right into it!
The individuals
The first thing you will probably notice when starting this game is the number of characters you can use. You get to choose different types of characters, each with different abilities. For example, you get your farmer guy, who produces money per second while doing nothing.
As well as your soldier, who gets you extra money while enemies approach. You get to choose the character that fits your gameplay the best, or just use them all!
The Enhancements
You can upgrade almost anything in the Adventure Communist game. For example, you can upgrade how many coins per second your farmer guy produces, you can upgrade how fast the enemies appear on screen, which increases your idle clicker income, and so many more.
These upgrades are crucial if you want to become rich in this game because they will help you progress faster than other players who haven’t invested time into upgrading their characters.
The Executives
Every game has bosses! And it’s true, but not like these guys. When I first started playing this game, I didn’t see much of a difference, so I thought. It wasn’t until I reached stage 12 that it all changed for me! The bosses in this game are not the usual “tap X times and you win” bosses. These guys require strategy and patience to beat them, at least on stage 12, which is really the first challenge to your character’s abilities that they bring forth.
Here is where you will learn to use ALL your characters, as one boss can only be damaged by using two different characters at once, adjusting their damage as if you were playing a combo of cards in any other card game like Hearthstone or MTG (Magic: The Gathering for those who don’t know).

I already mentioned how you can upgrade your income in this game, but I didn’t tell the truth. You see, there is not only one upgrade for idle income, not two or three… But four! And each of them is more than just “click X times to get Y% more”. No, they all have their own pros and cons.
- The first one is Auto Clickers, which click by themselves even while you’re doing other productive things. It has a cooldown, so don’t think you’re getting rich just yet.
- Second Income Generator, which gives some passive money while playing Adventure Communist, but until level 16, it only gives about 500 coins per second compared to what others give at higher levels, so keep reading before making your choice.
- Third, comes Gold Hoarder, which is the one I use. It has a cooldown as well. This is because of its best feature, which you can guess. It gives extra money depending on how much gold you have accumulated.
- Say you have accumulated 2000 coins over your time playing Adventure Communist or even clicking normally for some time, then this upgrade, which is around level 5-6, will make it to where your income increases much faster than others! But if (like me) you don’t like waiting and want to earn maximum idle income per second, then there’s always the fourth upgrade called Instant Clicker.

But beware! These boots aren’t free, and they do cost some money. But don’t worry, they were not expensive at all! Just 200 coins for a permanent boost is a pretty good deal if you ask me.
The Happenings
I know it isn’t much, but there are certain time periods where you get bonuses for playing this game. The first one is the “Last Click Bonus!” This happens every time you click to collect money from your buildings, and it gives you a little extra income. The second event is called the “Second Click Bonus!”.
This bonus enables your next 20 clicks after collecting money from your buildings to give more than usual, but this is easier said than done because you need to have all 10 characters upgraded in haste! If not, I’m telling you right now… You won’t be able to get it before the timer runs out.
Idle Increases
As I’ve mentioned before, Adventure Communist has boosts similar to those of idle games, which can either extend by 2x or even save you when your character is about to die, BUT there’s more to them! If you get lucky enough, there is an upgrade that makes idle boosts save your buildings from being raided, which can be a lifesaver when the timer is about to run out.
Main Characters
The fact that Adventure Communist has 10 different and unique characters is in itself interesting, but what I like most about this game is that they’re not just here for the show. Each of these characters has its own special abilities, and each one of them becomes more useful later on when you upgrade them.
Some will increase your passive income, others will give you extra bonuses per second, such as increasing money earned by x% or reducing the time left before the next raid, which makes it so much easier to get days ahead in the game.
Making Money
This Adventure Communist game doesn’t make it easy to earn money like most games of the genre, but instead makes you earn your money “the hard way.” This is because there are no ways of purchasing extra income or starting with a large sum, and everything in the game requires patience and time (even though I don’t like to think that.)
To get more cash at the end of each raid, you need to increase your number of military units through upgrades, which will cost you some time since they’re expensive early on, but if you can afford them, then this will come in handy later on.
However, unlike most idle clickers where all your buildings give you double cash every second by clicking, or those that have a large amount of income from the beginning to keep you going, Adventure Communist only offers small amounts for making your buildings.
The reason is that Adventure Communist is a combination of an incremental and an idle clicker; in the beginning, you’re gathering money as fast as possible, just like any other incremental, but later on, when your economy starts running, it slowly switches into an idle game.
Successes
And finally, what would a clicker/incremental be without achievements? In this case, it wouldn’t be much, so to compensate for not having much… Adventure communist has a pretty long list of achievements to unlock! Some are easy, such as “Start,” which simply means starting the game.
While others may take some time, such as “Omniscient,” which requires you to convert every building into the most expensive one (which is 25 times) and that’s pretty hard when you can only upgrade them at your base.
So, what are my thoughts on the Adventure Communist game? I think it is an interesting mix of different genres that work well together, but I do have some complaints. The lack of idle mechanics in this game, for example, since there are none whatsoever.
Early on, you can build more than 10 buildings, which makes the game feel like a clicker, but later on, when you get past 20 buildings, it becomes very tedious because of how slowly the cash comes in, especially when you complete the upgrades at your base, increasing their cost by x%.
